“The Hockey Stick” and “Homogenization”

Here are two fairly technical articles on Climategate: the first examines “The Hockey Stick” manufactured by Penn State prof. Michael Mann to falsely suggest that human activity has caused the global average temperature to rise to an unprecedented level in the past century; the second explains what scheming scientists have done to “homogenize” historical temperature data to manufacture a phony record of recent temperature increase.
